Day 1: Hanoi - Phu Quoc - Greetings to Grand World

Rooty Trip’s guide will pick you up at the airport, then take you by car to the downtown area for lunch before checking in and resting at the hotel.

Indulge in a dinner at Grand World. Then, continue to experience the lively atmosphere of the sleepless city and Phu Quoc’s Monday night market, enjoying the spectacular Venice-inspired music and light show. At the end of the day, you hop on the car to return to the hotel for rest.
Day 2: Exploring the Beauty of Southern Phu Quoc Island
📌 Morning
- Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel to prepare for your exploration of the beautiful Southern Phu Quoc Island on Monday. The group will visit the Long Beach Center to observe pearl cultivation, the pearl harvesting process, and to shop for pearl products.
- Then continue to move to An Thoi International Port and transfer to a speedboat to reach the An Thoi archipelago.
- Immerse yourself in a range of underwater activities at Hon Mong Tay and Hon May Rut, capturing each exhilarating moment through complimentary professional photography and flycam footage provided by Rooty Trip, adding an extra layer of authenticity and expertise to your experience.
📌 Afternoon
The group indulges in a seafood feast during lunchtime right on the island. The next journey involves coral reef diving at Hon Gam Ghi (or Hon Roi, Hon Dua) and experiencing the world’s longest sea-crossing cable car at Hon Thom, enjoying at the water park Hon Thom. As the sun sets, you’ll be checking in at An Thoi station or the dreamy town of Hoang Hon.

The convoy returns to the central restaurant for dinner. Afterwards, you can leisurely stroll through Phu Quoc Night Market for shopping and snacks. At the end of the day, you’ll hop back on the vehicle to return to the hotel.
Day 3: Exploring the center - Farewell to Phu Quoc

The group enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and checked out, then boarded the bus to explore the Southeast area of Phu Quoc Island.

Regulations
Pricing Regulations:
- Free of charge for children from 1 – 4 years old (sleeping and sitting with parents).
- Fee is 65% of adult ticket for children from 5 – 9 years old (requiring 01 seat on the vehicle and sleeping with parents).
- If a child needs a separate bed, an additional fee will be charged according to hotel regulations.
General Regulations:
- Guests can check in after 14:00 and check out before 12:00.
- Rooms may not be adjacent, on the same floor, with either a double bed or two single beds depending on each hotel/resort.
- For solo travelers occupying one room, there will be a room charge. If there is another guest of the same gender in the group and wishes to share the room, Rooty Trip will refund the additional charge.
- For tourist attractions that sell tickets based on height, Rooty Trip only purchases tickets included in the tour. If there is a case where a child is still within the free age range but exceeds the height limit, parents please purchase additional tickets for the child at the gate.
Other Regulations:
- If a customer cancels the tour due to inability to complete procedures at the airport due to documents or relatives, Rooty Trip will not be responsible in such cases. Tour fees will not be refunded for the above reason.
- Rooty Trip has a policy of combining individual travelers, so if there are at least 10 people in the group, the tour will proceed as scheduled. In the event of fewer than 10 guests, we will arrange a new itinerary and notify you at least 15 working days in advance. If you are unable to travel at the new time, Rooty Trip will refund your deposit.
Note
Personal documents, health, and passengers:
- Customers must use information from personal identification documents such as ID card/Citizen ID/Passport that are still valid to register for tours and provide accurate information. For children under 14, information should be registered on the Birth Certificate.
- When registering, use the specific type of document and carry that exact document when going on the tour.
- If you are a foreigner/overseas Vietnamese, please prepare your Passport/Vietnam Visa for procedures at the airport.
- For children under 12, parents need to bring the original Birth Certificate or a valid copy to carry out airport procedures.
- For children aged 14 and above, they must have an ID card/Citizen ID/Passport. In case these documents are not available, accompanying parents must make an Affidavit of Relationship along with the child’s Birth Certificate.
- If you are pregnant, please inform the advisory staff at the time of tour registration and consult a doctor before traveling. You must commit to taking responsibility for the health of both the mother and the fetus throughout the trip.
- For customers under 18, a guardian must accompany them or they must be authorized to travel alone by their parents (with local confirmation).
- For elderly customers, a healthy relative must accompany them. Additionally, advisory staff will recommend tours and programs suitable for the customer’s condition.
- If you have conditions such as asthma, heart disease, etc., please inform the advisory staff to be suggested suitable activities.
Notice of tour itinerary changes due to weather:
- In case the tour cannot proceed as scheduled due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, etc., Rooty Trip will immediately inform you of the program changes depending on the actual situation, such as canceling part of the itinerary or canceling the entire tour and replacing it with another tour of equivalent cost. If there are additional costs, both parties will negotiate.
In the event of itinerary changes, flight times by third parties such as airlines, ships, etc., Rooty Trip will not be responsible for any arising issues regarding services, restaurants, meals, hotels, transportation, etc., due to errors from those parties.
