08:40 – 09:00 | Hotel Pickup

• Rooty Trip’s vehicle and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in central Phu Quoc to begin the journey.

09:45 | Arrive at Rach Vem

• Arrive at Rach Vem and prepare to continue to the Ham Rong area.

10:00 – 12:00 | Explore Ham Rong

• Travel by boat from Rach Vem to Ham Rong. Enjoy the scenery, explore the area, and take photos during the journey.

12:30 – 13:30 | Lunch

• Enjoy lunch at a restaurant and take a break before continuing the afternoon program.

14:00 – 14:30 | Visit the Bee Farm

• Visit the Bee Farm before continuing to Cua Can.

14:45 – 16:15 | Cua Can Experience

• Arrive at Cua Can and enjoy kayaking or a basket boat ride while exploring the surrounding scenery.

16:30 – 18:00 | Explore Grand World Phu Quoc

• Continue to Grand World Phu Quoc, with free time for sightseeing, taking photos, and exploring the area.

18:30 | Return to Hotel

• The vehicle and tour guide will take you back to your hotel in central Phu Quoc, concluding the Rach Vem – Cua Can – Grand World 1-Day Tour.

• Tour sequence and timing can be adjusted by the operator for an optimal experience.
• Children, seniors, and non-swimmers can still join the tour – life jackets and guides are always available.
• Please bring swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, waterproof phone pouch, and sunglasses.

Child Policy

• Children under 1 meter in height: Free of charge

• Children from 1 meter to under 1.39 meters: Child rate applies

• Children 1.4 meters and above: Adult rate applies

Deposit Policy

• For day tours (island tours and land tours), a 30% deposit of the total tour value is required upon booking.

Cancellation & Refund policy 

1. Cancellations by Rooty Trip

For day tours (island or land tours), Rooty Trip reserves the right to cancel the tour in the following cases:

• If the minimum number of guests is not met, our Customer Service team will notify guests one day before departure to reschedule, change to another tour, or cancel with a full deposit refund.

• If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions (e.g., rough sea or restriction by the Coast Guard), customers may reschedule orcancel the tour and receive a full refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

If customers cancel before the departure date, the following charges will apply:

• Cancellation before 10:00 PM on day (N-1) (N = departure date): Free cancellation.

• Cancellation after 10:00 PM on day (N-1): A 100% cancellation fee of the deposit amount will be charged.

3. Cancellations due to Force Majeure

In case the tour must be canceled or changed due to force majeure (accidents, natural disasters, wars, epidemics, etc.), both parties will discuss and agree on an appropriate solution.
Any refunds or compensations (if applicable) will depend on the related service providers.
