• Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

Visitors are advised to arrive before 8:30 PM for ticket check-in, seating arrangements, and to secure the best viewing spots.

Entry Procedure

Upon arrival at Kiss Square, visitors will proceed through the ticket control area before entering the grandstand.

Currently, there are two verification gates, depending on your ticket type:

• ID scan

• Face ID scan

(The verification method depends on the ticket you registered or purchased in advance.)

Seating Areas & Best Viewing Spots

The best viewing location is the central section of the grandstand, offering a direct front-facing view of the stage and the full visual effects, including lighting, water, and fireworks.

• Standard Seating

Visitors do not need to worry about finding their seats. On-site staff will assist you by:

• Directing you to the correct entrance gate

• Guiding you to the appropriate seating area based on your ticket category

• Arrive early to avoid crowds and secure a better viewing angle.

• Prepare your phone or camera to capture the most impressive moments of the show.

• You can combine your visit with a stroll around Sunset Town and take photos at Kiss Bridge before the performance begins.

Receive Your E-Ticket

• After payment confirmation, Rooty Trip will send your electronic voucher via Zalo or Email (including a QR code).

• Please present the QR code at the check-in gate or ticket counter of the show.

Collect Physical Tickets (If Required)

Guests may visit the Rooty Trip Office in Duong Dong to receive a printed ticket if needed.

Included:

• Show ticket according to the selected seating category

• On-site assistance at the show area (upon request)

Not Included:

• Transportation (unless booked together with the ticket)

• Food, beverages, and personal expenses outside the program

Child Policy:

• Children under 1 meter: Free of charge

• Children over 1.4 meters: Charged as adults

(Children between 1m – 1.4m may be subject to child ticket pricing depending on current policy.)

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before show time: 80% refund

• Cancellation within 24 hours before show time: No refund

• No refund for late arrivals or no-shows

Important Notes:

• In case of bad weather, the show may be postponed for safety reasons. Tickets can be rescheduled or fully refunded (100%) if rescheduling is not possible.

• Guests are advised to bring a light jacket or raincoat for comfort during the outdoor performance.
