13h45: Arrive to the habor, get on the speedboat, start exploring:

– Coral Park: You choose between 2 options:

• Snorkeling
• Experience Seawalker service (expenses excluded)

– Buom/ Kim Quy Island: Snorkeling, play with the fish. GoPro serve for shooting video under water.

– May Rut Trong/ Mong Tay Island: Swim, take a reset

18h: Enjoy sunset Speedboat takes you back the habor

Shuttle van picks you up & takes you back to your hotel. End of memorable trip.

Children’s pricing policy

• Children aged 10 and above (based on year of birth): charged at adult price
• Children aged 5-9 (based on year of birth): 50% of adult price
• Children under 5 years old (based on year of birth): free of charge

Payment policy

Groups from 01-05 guests:

• Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.
• The remaining amount must be settled no later than 1 day before the tour date or on the tour day.

Group of 6 or more guests:

• Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.
• The remaining amount must be settled  no later than 1 day before the tour date.

Cancellation policy

Groups from 01-05 guests:

• Cancellation tour 1 day before tour date: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation of tour on tour date: 100% of the value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Group of 6 or more gusts:

• Cancellation 2 days before tour date: No cancellation fee.
• Cancel tour 1 day before tour date: 50% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation on tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation due to weather conditions for beach tours:

• If the Port Authority does not allow the tour to depart, Rooty Trip will cancel and refund the guests.
• In the Port Authority allows the tour to proceed and the guests choose to cancel, Rooty Trip will not provide any refund.
