Morning

Rooty Trip guides will meet tourists at the airport.
The group will then board the bus to the downtown area for lunch, followed by a transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.

Afternoon

Pick-up guests at the hotel and begin the city tour to the sleepless city Grand World with famous destinations such as:
- Teddy Bear Museum – One of the highlights of Grand World. Here, visitors can check-in at the Teddy Bear house – a giant donut-shaped house.
- Dome Bridge: The ideal destination to admire the romantic beauty of the “Venice canal”.

Morning

Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast directly at the hotel, ready for the journey to explore the pristine islands in the Southern Island area.

Visit Long Beach Center – the largest pearl cultivation and exhibition center in Phu Quoc. – Here, you have the opportunity to learn about the cultivation process, witness the pearl harvesting process firsthand, and view the displayed products made from pearls.
Next, the group moves to An Thoi International Port, where they start a speedboat tour to explore beautiful archipelagos such as Mong Tay Island, Gam Ghi Island, and May Rut Island.

Afternoon

The group enjoys a buffet breakfast at the hotel and proceeds with the check-out process.
Then, the tour guide will take the tourists to visit the 6 most beautiful destinations in Southeast Phu Quoc such as Mediterranean Town, An Thoi Station, Phu Quoc Prison, Fish Sauce Factory, and Ho Quoc Pagoda.

Regulatio

Pricing Regulations:

Children aged 1-4 are free of charge (sharing bed with parents).
Children aged 5-9 will be charged 65% of the adult ticket price (1 seat, sharing bed with parents).
An additional fee may apply according to hotel regulations if a separate bed is required for children.

General Regulations:

Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.
Rooms at hotels/resorts may not be adjacent or on the same floor, and the bedding configuration may vary (double or single bed) depending on each hotel/resort.
In the case of solo travelers who wish to use a private room, an additional fee will be charged. If there is another guest of the same gender within the group and wishes to share a room, Rooty Trip will arrange and refund the previously charged fee.
For attractions selling tickets based on height, Rooty Rip is only responsible for purchasing tickets included in the tour. If there are cases where a child falls within the free age range but exceeds the specified height, parents are kindly requested to purchase additional tickets at the gate.

Other Regulations:

Rooty Trip will not be liable in the event of tour cancellation due to customers being unable to complete flight procedures due to personal/identity documents. No refunds will be issued for the above reason.
Tours at Rooty Trip are conducted based on a join-in policy, and the tour will proceed as scheduled if there are at least 10 participating passengers. In the event of fewer than 10 people, we will arrange an alternative itinerary and inform customers at least 15 working days in advance. If customers are unable to travel according to the new schedule, Rooty Trip will refund the deposit amount.

Personal documents, health, passengers:

Travelers are kindly requested to provide complete and accurate information according to ID card/Citizen ID card or Passport valid when registering for the tour. For children under 14 years old, please provide complete information according to Birth Certificate.
When participating in the tour, please bring the correct type of personal documents as registered.
For international visitors/Viet kieu, it is mandatory to prepare the original passport/Visa Vietnam with remaining validity for procedures at the airport.
For children under 12 years old, please bring the original Birth Certificate or a valid copy for procedures at the airport.
For children aged 14, it is necessary to have personal documents such as ID card/Citizen ID card or passport. In case of absence of the aforementioned documents, parents need to prepare a Confirmation of Family Relationship confirmed by the Local Authorities attached with the Birth Certificate.
If you are pregnant, please notify the advisor at the time of tour registration, and seek advice from a doctor before departure. You commit to taking full responsibility for your health and the fetus during the trip.
Passengers under 18 years old need to be accompanied by parents, relatives, or have parental authorization confirmed by local authorities if traveling alone.
For customers aged 55-60, it is also necessary to have a healthy accompanying person, otherwise, the advisor will introduce suitable tours and programs according to the customer’s condition.
If you have heart disease, asthma, etc., please inform the staff when registering for the tour to be introduced to the most suitable program for you.

Weather note changes tour:

If the program cannot be carried out as scheduled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, wars, epidemics, etc., Rooty Trip will notify customers of the changes depending on the actual situation such as: canceling part of the itinerary or canceling the entire itinerary and replacing it with an equivalent priced program. If there are additional costs, both parties will mutually agree upon them.
