In the same family as shrimp, it has many legs and claws, and a large, shiny brown “armour-like” body.Sea beetle meat is considered more delicious than lobster. The flesh is opaque white, concentrated mainly under the shell. Its meat is fatty but not greasy, fragrant and sweet, and you can clearly feel the taste of salt from the ocean melting in the palate.
