Included Services:

• Transportation: Tour bus for sightseeing in Phu Quoc and canoe services according to the itinerary.
• Meals:
  • 05 main meals at restaurants.
  • 02 breakfasts (only applicable for tour packages with accommodation).
• Entrance tickets to attractions as per the itinerary.
• Travel insurance.
• 02 bottles of water per day.
• Professional tour guide throughout the journey.

Excluded Services:

• Telephone charges, laundry services at the hotel.
• Additional beverages ordered during meals.
• Personal expenses, meals, and transportation outside the itinerary.
• Other expenses not listed in the Included Services section.
• VAT 8%.
• Airfare.
• Hotel accommodation.

Children’s Pricing Policy:

• Children (1 – 4 years old): Free of charge (sharing bed and seat with parents).
• Children (5 – 9 years old): 70% of the adult fare (sharing bed with parents, with a separate seat on the bus).
• Children requiring an extra bed: Additional charge based on hotel policy.

Surcharges & Deductions:

• Additional entrance fees apply if the child exceeds the height limit (as per attraction-specific policies).
• Single room supplement applies to solo travelers (no room sharing).

Regulations on ticket prices for children

• Children aged 1 – 4 are entitled to free tickets (when sleeping with parents or sitting with parents).
• Children aged 5 – 9 will be charged 65% of the adult ticket price and provided with a seat on the vehicle (when sleeping with parents).
• If children require an extra bed, the hotel’s surcharge policy will apply.
• If children exceed the specified height limit, an additional admission fee will be charged (for attractions with children’s ticket prices based on height).

Hotel regulations

• Hotel check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.
• It may occur that hotel/resort rooms are not adjacent, not on the same floor, single bed or twin bed rooms are not provided as requested, depending on the actual situation of each hotel/resort.
• In case you join a tour as a solo traveler, you will be required to pay an additional single room supplement fee to stay in a separate room. If there are other solo travelers of the same gender who wish to share a room with you, Rooty Trip will refund the single room supplement fee to you.

Attraction ticket regulations

For tickets to Vinpearland, Safari, Grandworld, Hon Thom cable car, ticket regulations are determined based on height. You need to provide accurate information about the height of children, Rooty Trip only purchases tickets with fees included in the tour. For children eligible for free admission, if additional tickets are required due to height regulations, you will need to purchase tickets for them to enter the attractions.

• Below 1m: free admission for children at the entrance.
• From 1m – below 1m4: charged at children’s ticket price.
• From 1m4 and above: charged at adult ticket price.

General regulations

• In case you cancel the tour due to being denied procedures at the airport due to personal identification/documents, Rooty Trip is not responsible for the incident. Costs for the program will not be refunded in this case.
• Due to the nature of group tours, if there are 10 or more adult passengers, the tour will depart on the scheduled date. If there are not enough passengers, Rooty Trip will reschedule the departure date. If you cannot join the new departure date, Rooty Trip will refund your deposit.

Identification papers

• When registering for a tour, you must bring your original ID/Passport or provide accurate and complete name details, matching every character on your ID/Passport (Passport).
• Birth certificate (for children under 14) in the following order: Last name/first name/middle name.
• When registering, if providing a name according to any identification paper, you must bring that identification paper as required during the tour.
• For Foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese guests, when going on a tour, you must bring your original Passport, valid Vietnam Visa for flight procedures according to airline regulations.
• Children (under 12 years old) traveling must bring their birth certificate (original or certified copy with valid visa) for air travel procedures.
• Customers aged 14 and above must have a valid ID or Passport, DO NOT USE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. If a customer aged 14 and above does not have an ID or Passport, they must have a Confirmation of Identity document (with valid government confirmation) + Birth Certificate.

Health notes

• Pregnant women should inform tour sales staff at the time of registration. Note: You must have a doctor’s opinion before going on the tour. Commit to taking responsibility for your own health and that of your fetus throughout the tour program.
• Customers under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or guardians on the tour. If traveling alone, they must be authorized by parents (with confirmation from local authorities).
• For safety reasons, customers aged 55 – 60 should have a companion (in good health).
• Elderly customers will be advised by tour staff on suitable programs according to their health.
• Customers with heart disease, asthma, etc., please inform us when registering for the tour so that our staff can advise on a suitable program according to your health.
• Luggage and personal belongings: You are responsible for managing them during the tour.

Weather and tour changes (if any)

• In the event of natural disasters, floods, wars, outbreaks of disease, terrorism, or violence in the local area where the tour program is conducted, these are unforeseeable circumstances. Rooty Trip will inform you of any itinerary changes.
• For changes in itinerary, flight times due to errors by airlines, ships, trains, Rooty Trip will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to such errors, including meals, restaurant services, hotels, and transportation due to delayed travel.
