Pricing Policy:

• Children aged 1-4 travel for free (sharing bed with parents).
• A 65% fee of the adult ticket price is applied for children aged 5-9 (occupying one seat and sharing bed with parents).
• An additional charge may apply according to hotel policies if a separate bed is required for children.

General Regulations:

• Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.
• Rooms in hotels/resorts may not be adjacent or on the same floor, inside the room, there might be a double or single bed depending on each hotel/resort.
• In the case of a single traveler requesting a private room, an extra fee will be charged. If there is another traveler of the same gender within the group and willing to share a room, Rooty Trip will arrange and refund the additional fee already paid.
• For tourist attractions that sell tickets based on height, Rooty Trip only takes responsibility for purchasing tickets included in the tour. If there is a case where a child falls within the free age range but exceeds the height limit, parents are kindly requested to purchase additional tickets at the gate.

Other Regulations:

• Rooty Trip shall not be liable in the event of tour cancellation due to customers being unable to complete flight procedures due to personal identification documents. No refunds will be issued for the aforementioned reason.
• The tour program at Rooty Trip is implemented according to the policy of group tours, the tour will proceed as scheduled if there are at least 10 participating passengers. In the event of fewer than 10 people, we will arrange an alternative itinerary and notify customers at least 15 working days in advance. If customers are unable to travel according to the new schedule, Rooty Trip will refund the deposit to you.

• • Personal documents, health, passengers:
    • Travelers are kindly requested to provide complete and accurate information according to their ID card/citizen ID card or passport when registering for the tour. For children under 14 years old, please provide complete information according to the birth certificate.
    • When joining the tour, please bring the correct type of personal documents as registered.
    • For international tourists/Vietnamese overseas, it is mandatory to prepare the original passport/Vietnam visa with remaining validity for procedures at the airport.
    • For children under 12 years old, please bring the original birth certificate or a valid copy for airport procedures.
    • For children over 14 years old, personal documents such as ID card/citizen ID card or passport are required. In case of absence of the above documents, parents need to prepare a Family Confirmation Certificate confirmed by the local authorities attached with the birth certificate.
    • If you are pregnant, please inform the consultant at the time of tour registration, and seek advice from a doctor before traveling. You commit to take full responsibility for your health and the fetus throughout the journey.
    • Passengers under 18 years old need to be accompanied by parents, relatives, or authorized by parents with local confirmation if traveling alone.
    • Customers aged 55 – 60 also need healthy companions; otherwise, the consultant will introduce suitable tours and programs according to the customer’s condition.
    • If you have heart disease, asthma, etc., please inform the staff when registering for the tour to be introduced to the most suitable program for you.

Notice of weather-related tour changes:

• • If the program cannot be implemented as scheduled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, storms, wars, epidemics, etc., Rooty Trip will notify customers of the changes depending on the actual situation such as: canceling part of the itinerary or canceling the entire itinerary and replacing it with an equivalent-priced program. If there are additional costs, both parties will agree on them.
