Day 1: Can Tho - Phu Quoc - Welcome to Grand World
📌Morning
The group will depart from the meeting point the night before and arrive at Rạch Giá Pier in the morning. After having breakfast, you will proceed to board the high-speed ferry to Phu Quoc. The vehicles and tour guides will be waiting at Bai Vong Port to welcome you to Phu Quoc. Next, the group will move to the city center for lunch, check-in, and rest.
📌 Afternoon
The group will head to Grand World for activities and exploration. You can participate in games, take photos at famous spots, and enjoy a boat ride on the Venice River (self-paid).

Day 2: An Thoi Archipelago - Sunset Sanato - Phu Quoc Night Market

After having breakfast at the hotel, you continue your Day 2 journey exploring the beauty of Phu Quoc South Island, including activities such as visiting the Long Beach Center entertainment and pearl exhibition center; heading to An Thoi International Port to start a canoe tour exploring the small islands; visiting the Coral Park, experiencing walking underwater; checking in at Hon Mong Tay, Hon May Rut, Hon Gam Ghi.

Day 3: Exploring Southeast of Phu Quoc Island - Farewell to Phu Quoc

You will have breakfast at the hotel and check out to depart for Southeast Phu Quoc Island. The journey will include destinations such as pepper gardens, sim wine production facilities, fish sauce factories, and Phu Quoc Prison.

Regulation
Fare Regulations
- For children aged 1 – 4 (sharing bed and seat with parents): Free of charge.
- For children aged 5 – 9 (with own seat and sharing bed with parents): 65% of adult fare.
- For children requiring a separate bed: additional surcharge as per hotel’s policy applies.
General Regulations
- Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00.
- For group travelers, hotel/resort rooms may not be adjacent, on the same floor, and may consist of double or twin beds based on the hotel/resort’s availability.
- If a single traveler requests a private room, an additional surcharge is applicable. If another traveler in the group also requests a shared room of the same gender, the company will arrange for shared accommodation and refund the surcharge to the single traveler.
- For attractions with height-based admission fees such as Vinpearland, Safari, Grand World, Hon Thom Cable Car,… the company will only purchase tickets included in the tour package. If a child eligible for free admission exceeds the height limit, the guest is responsible for purchasing a ticket for the child.
Other Regulations
- In case a customer cancels the tour due to being denied boarding at the airport due to personal identification or travel documents issues, Rooty Trip shall not be liable. No refunds will be provided in this circumstance.
- Due to the nature of group tours, if a single traveler is part of a group with less than 10 members, the trip will proceed as scheduled. If the group does not meet the 10-member requirement, Rooty Trip will arrange an alternative itinerary and inform the customers at least 15 working days in advance. If customers are unable to adhere to the new itinerary, we will refund the deposit.
Note
Personal Documents, Health, and Passenger
- When registering for a tour with Rooty Trip, please use your ID card/ Citizenship card/ Passport original or provide full and accurate name according to the types of documents mentioned above. For children under 14, provide information on the Birth Certificate in order: Last Name / Middle Name / First Name.
- Whatever type of document you registered with, you must bring that personal document when going on the tour.
- For foreign guests/ Overseas Vietnamese, guests must have the original Passport, Vietnam Visa, with a validity period for air travel procedures.
- For children under 12, you should bring the original Birth Certificate or a certified copy with remaining validity for air travel procedures.
- For guests aged 14 and above, you need to have ID card/ Citizenship card or Passport, without using the Birth Certificate. If you do not have these documents, you must have a certified Personal Identification Confirmation + Birth Certificate with remaining validity.
- If you are pregnant, please inform the advisor at the time of registration and consult a doctor about your health condition before traveling. You commit to take full responsibility for your health and the baby’s throughout the trip.
- For participants under 18, parents must accompany them or grant permission (with local confirmation) if traveling alone.
- For customers aged 55 – 60, it is also necessary to have a healthy companion; otherwise, the advisor will introduce tours and programs suitable for the customer’s condition.
- If you have heart disease, asthma, etc., please inform the staff when registering for the tour to be introduced to the most suitable program for you.
Notice of Weather-Related Tour Changes
- If Rooty Trip cannot organize the itinerary as planned due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, storms, wars, epidemics, etc., we will inform customers of the changes based on the actual situation, such as canceling part of the itinerary or canceling the entire itinerary and replacing it with a new program of equivalent cost. Any incurred expenses (if any) will be agreed upon by both parties.
- For changes in itinerary, flight times due to third-party errors such as airlines, ships, etc., Rooty Trip will not be liable for any resulting issues such as service disruption, meals, restaurants, hotels, transportation, etc., due to delayed travel.
